Shipping and Delivery - Delivery times: from 8:00 to 17:00, excluding Saturdays (in Italy)
- Goods that need the cool chain (meat, cured meats and cheeses) are shipped from Monday to Wednesday within Italy to avoid getting stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. Outside of Italy we can't ship cooled products from May-October. The shipment takes place after the payment has been made. The most immediate payment would be Paypal.

- In Summer we reserve us the right to work with refrigerated carriers within Italy based on the type of goods ordered and the place of destination. This service takes longer, but ensures the integrity of the cool chain.

- for orders by bank transfer the goods are shipped as soon as the payment arrives into our bank account, for this reason, by choosing this payment method, delivery times may be longer
- Orders placed via PayPal, credit card and cash on delivery are shipped within 24/72 hours
"IL POGGIO CONVIVIUM SRL www.aziendagricolailpoggio.it" is not responsible for delays or damage to the goods from the moment in which the goods are entrusted to the carrier, the carrier itself is responsible for the integrity of the material transported, according to the regulations indicated below.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is invited to check:- that the number of packages received is the same as that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact in all its parts, not damaged and not altered in any way;
- Any discrepancies, tampering / injuries or damages must be reported to the courier at the time of unloading, indicating in the delivery document the words “RECEIVED WITH RESERVE OF INSPECTION.” In the absence of notification, we will not be able to refund any damage occurred during transport;
