Aglione isn't the regular garlic, but a specific big garlic variety from Tuscany and Umbria called. It is supposed to not transmit the typical garlic odor after having eaten something and the taste is rather round with a little sweetness also.
Our Pasta Sauces have no secret at all actually - they are made like granny would make them at home using our high quality meats and traditional recipes.
All of our sauces and spreads are prepared with freshly chopped vegetables like onion, celery, carrot, etc.
Once the vegetables have obtained a bit of colour in a frying pan, the meat is added to complete the first part of the cooking.
Then follows the step, where all the flavours come and evolve together in a very long and slow cooking process going on for hours - wherever needed,
we add specific spices or wine for example. All of our preserved products are completeley natural - without usage of aroma, preservatives or additives!)
