Our Ardito IGT red wine is produced exclusively with organic Merlot grapes, harvested and processed by hand. We recommend to serve it at a temperature from 18 ° -20 °. Any residuals are a synonym for authenticity and a natural production.

Maturation and Aging:

Nose and Mouth perceptions:
Intense and persistent, fruity with notes of ripe black cherry and berries, spicy hints of pepper and cloves, roasted coffee and licorice. Full bodied with present, but round tannins.

Pairing:
Ideal for meals based on Tuscan cold cuts, first courses with meat, roasts and medium and long-aged cheeses. Also excellent with game dishes.
This wine represents the hand of the new generation of the farm, creating something that goes beyond the tuscan classics that you might find everywhere.
