The 4 rules for cooking with truffle:
1. Heat with oil, garlic and anchovies for 2 min.
2. Do not use strong cheeses like Parmesan with truffles, it would be too flavourful.
3. Spice the truffle only with salt, extra virgin olive oil and garlic. it doesn't need much more honestly.
4. Truffle accompanies and enhances not very savoury dishes, like fresh water fish, white meat, pasta, omelette etc.
