Characteristics:
The literal translation of the name of this very traditional Tuscan soup from the Maremma area is "cooked water," and used to be a peasant dish that was invented to use stale bread and all the herbs and vegetables that shepherds and farmers had on hand. Our version is pimped with a bit of our Cinta Senese bacon.

All of our preserved products are preared artisanally with fresh ad genuine ingredients, mostly from our farm grounds or locally. We do not use any additives, aromas or preservatives, because we truly believe that excellent raw ingredients speak for themselves.
Recipe:
Pour all the contents of the jar into a saucepan, adding water or better broth.
Bring to simmer and cook a poached egg in the soup. Add some slices of toasted bread in a plate and pour the soup onto it. Serve hot.

Simple version:
Boil only the content of the jar and taste the classic "Maremma" vegetable soup. 1 portion.
