Vinification:
Harvest by hand. Fermentation under controlled temperature not exceeding 15 ° in steel vats with selected yeasts for 20 days, following the separation of the must from the skins

Maturation and aging:
6 months in steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle

Colour:
Very light straw yellow with greenish reflections

Nose and mouth perceptions:
Delicate fruity aroma, hints of melon and green apple. On the palate super fresh and crisp again notes of Granny Smith, and peeled almond.

Pairings:
Ideal for starters or aperitifs based on fish or poultry.
Origin:
San Casciano dei Bagni area, Orcia Valley, Province of Siena.
